  I have had my son here since he was six weeks and my daughter when she was two years- it’s been nearly two years and I love it how they treat us like family. They’ve taken care of us and even was great when I pulled my kids for a summer off because I had a summer break. I even joined their team because they were so welcoming and I wanted to help them even more and it’s been so awesome! My daughter even says she loves school because of this place- her old daycare made her have panic attacks from attending so this was amazing!

  If you love your children and want the best for them, don’t send your little ones to this place. While some of the teachers are absolutely wonderful, some are mean & rude. I guess you could roll the dice and see which one your child gets. The director is also the cafeteria worker and substitute teacher. There is no assistant director. We were told he was “no longer allowed to work around children” with no other explanation. This place is severely understaffed and mismanaged. There was a threat made by someone who called the center and admin did not inform parents at all. I had to hear about it from someone else and admin tried to downplay the situation. If it were serious enough to contact the police, parents should have been notified instead of just changing the door code and hiding it. There is a serious lack of leadership and good judgement here. KinderCare’s curriculum is great though!

  I enrolled for my daughter in October 2022 for a 3yo class and they told me they wouldn't have availability until end of December or beginning of January. I said that was ok and paid the enrollment fee to be in the waitlist. I reached out to them on January and they said they haven't had a spot for my daughter yet. So I had to put my daughter in another daycare but was waiting because this one is closer to my home. I'd been calling them a couple times since then but they kept saying they didn't have availability due to short staffed. Yesterday I emailed them and asked for a refund for the enrollment fee since it's been too long and my daughter already in another daycare. They told me they couldn't refund the fee but they had an opening now. So...you guys just won't notify us even though there's an opening until we reach out to you and ask for the refund???
