The teachers we’ve had are all so loving and attentive and they have had no turnover, which is an important and rare thing for a daycare. The director Ashley is also very competent and friendly. Highly recommend this facility!

Now, 10 months later, Evelyn can’t wait to see her teachers every morning and her development has been so fun to watch. It’s so comforting to know that your baby is in great hands. Ms. Yara and Ms. Stephanie have been such an amazing support system for our family and we appreciate them and the rest of the staff so much.

Update 5/24 -As time went on, I noticed a consistent pattern in Ms. Teresas attitude depending on if she was having a good day or not. Things started getting stressful on an administrative level and I as a parent was able to notice and had to make the decision to move my children elsewhere. It was great in the beginning as well as the location but knowing my children may be subject to something i may not agree with, was a non negotiable.

She has poor communication when it comes to relaying messages to parents concerning their children. I’ve made several complaints to her about my child’s care and non of them were ever addressed. She’s makes excuses for her teachers when you make accusations against them instead of investigating. Kindercare on Monroe Rd will continue to fail until she is replaced.
