  We had the most wonderful time at Bright Horizons! We were truly so sad to leave and only did because we moved. My child grew so much in our time here. They were so excited every morning to go to school. The entire staff is beyond caring and a joy to be around. We miss it SO much and would highly recommend Bright Horizons to everyone!

  If you are considering sending your child to Bright Horizons please read: I want to commend the teachers and leaders at the school for fostering an environment where children feel a sense of community and the parents want to keep in touch once the children graduate from the program. I have an early childhood degree, taught elementary education for 10 years, and got my master's in education leadership, so I like to pretend I have some basis in evaluating an early childhood program. I am grateful we chose Bright Horizons and specifically had the pleasure of our daughter attending the Mallard Creek center. Keep up the great work, you ARE making a difference.

  We enrolled our son at Bright Horizons when he was just 4 months old, and the experience has been wonderful from the very beginning. In the infant classroom, Ms. Wendy and Ms. Paula were incredibly caring and supportive—not only with our son, but also in helping us navigate the transition into daycare. As he moved up to Toddler 1 with Ms. Monica and Ms. Jeanette, the positive experience continued. They were warm, attentive, and truly made each morning drop-off easy—our son was always happy to see them. We especially appreciated the consistent updates throughout the day via the app and their clear, thoughtful communication. We genuinely loved our time at Bright Horizons Mallard Creek and were sad to leave. Our decision was solely due to a move that required us to find a daycare closer to our new home. We would absolutely recommend this center to other families.
