  My family (now 3 and 5 year old girls) has really enjoyed our time with Kindercare Ballantyne the past two years. We moved to Charlotte and started there right away and Ms. Bianca made sure we felt at home. She is always there to greet the girls with hugs and smiles. All the teachers interact with the kids and know everyone’s name and give timely updates on the app. Ms. Bianca and Mr. John are always willing to hear our input and help implement it in the classroom to help the kids strive and have fun. I truly believe that our oldest is prepared and ready to start kindergarten in the fall. We are so happy to have picked Kindercare as our children’s daycare.

  We absolutely love Kindercare! We always are cared for and listened to, highly recommended them to anyone we know! We have many friends that have their little ones here as well and love it. The director Bianca is great and we love our Infant teachers! Great center.

  Our experience with Ballantyne KinderCare has been very positive! The staff is very welcoming, and my child enjoys the engaging activities and has shown noticeable growth in his social skills. Ms. Bianca, the center director, maintains consistent communication with us and the other families and always makes herself available to address any questions or concerns. Overall, we're very happy with our choice of daycare and feel confident that our child is in a nurturing and supportive environment.

  Had my son enrolled in the infant 2 classroom while I was an employee there. During his time there he was moved to a toddler classroom by a teacher after me and the director Christie agreed to let me remain in the infant classroom since I wasn’t quite comfortable as he wasn’t walking yet- Without my knowledge or the directors he was moved , was biten and scratched more than once and I did not get a accident report, Also while there he got his first diaper rash and continued to get them before I put him in daycare he never had any diaper rash- and at the end of my shift it was one day that I picked him up from his classroom and he had a large fingernail in his mouth for who knows how long before I took it out my self and when I complained it wasn’t taken seriously- after I complained the infant one teacher Ms. Arlene continued to have an attitude with me every time my son would have be moved to her classroom. 1) she said she would not be picking up any heavy babies 2) she would just let my child cry his head off and not even try to comfort him if he had to be dropped off in her classroom
