We feel so lucky to send our son to a place that knows and welcomes him every day. After starting just over 4 months and now at just 11 months, he actively reaches for all his teachers and floaters which just tells me they are caring for him in the right way. As a parent, I am confident that each teacher and staff member is in tune with both my child and the curriculum that they are charged with to teach. Outside of learning, the facility is beautiful and clean. I love that there are multiple spaces my baby gets to enjoy each day: playground, gym, library and eventually art spaces, spanish classrooms and STEM classrooms. The food is also great and one less thing I have to think about on a daily basis. They are very aware of my son's allergy and do their best to make all accomodations and keep him out of harms way. We love Creme Cary so much, we look forward to sending our second there this fall!

As a first time mom, childcare is obviously something I was very anxious about. When pregnant, I was thrilled to learn of a CDLC opening in the Triangle - as my youngest sister attended preK at another location over 20 years ago….we had such a positive experience, it was my first choice before the center had even opened.
As far as cost goes, all things considered (like the average cost of daycare generally), Crème is extremely reasonable. My husband and I explored 3 or 4 other daycares that were all within $200 of Crème’s monthly cost, and that value difference was apparent at each of our tours. Not only in the physical facility (cleanliness!!!), but in the curriculum, hiring standards and culture/community that Crème provides. Our top priority was to find somewhere we wanted our kid to grow up until we age out and we definitely feel like Crème is it. I’ll update my review if anything goes awry - but as currently stands, we could not recommend Crème more.
2 months in and we have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of care crème provides our tiny human. Crème is still growing into their building, so there have been a few adjustments made to our kid’s class in our short attendance, but everything has been very clearly communicated. Crème has clear governance standards and expectations they adhere to, and as a dual career household, we do appreciate the regularity Crème provides our schedules.
Our infant is in a class room with other infants around the same developmental milestones. The baby/teacher ratio is stellar and both ladies care so much for every baby in their class. The curriculum they practice has me confident my kid is supported in their development, as the activities target physical, mental and social development. We love getting updates through the app of the little baby gang and their daily adventures and it has been fun to see their relationships develop as they grow. (The app does suck sometimes, but that is at no fault of Crème - other mom friends of mine nationally struggle with outages too. I’m sure it’s just as much of a headache for the admin team to have so many parents reaching out when something is wrong with the system.)
To Sam, Danasia and allllll of our fab Crème teachers, we cannot thank you enough for easing our transition and taking such wonderful care of our sweet kid! 🩵

I just want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff. At our previous daycare, the atmosphere was discouraging and the staff never seemed happy to be there. I always had a pit in my stomach at drop-off.
But here, the experience has been completely different. Everyone is warm, friendly, and genuinely seems to love what they do. I always see everyone smiling at the kids and joking with each other.
Thank you for creating such a positive and nurturing environment. We appreciate you all so much!
P.S. His Mother's Day crafts were absolutely adorable—I’ll cherish them forever!

Unlike the other reviews, my child actually attends the school and loves it.
Absolutely horrendous experience with this daycare – avoid at all costs!
From the very beginning, this daycare has been a complete disaster. They initially scheduled an open house, which was then postponed twice with no clear explanation. Strike one. Then, the promised opening date for the school was pushed back by a staggering two months. Two months! And even now, we're still getting zero concrete information about when they actually plan to open their doors. It's like they're playing a guessing game with our childcare needs.
To add insult to injury, they doubled our registration fee accidentally and have not given a refund! We were overcharged significantly, and despite numerous emails trying to get a refund, they are completely lost on how to finalize the refund. It's like they've vanished off the face of the earth. Their communication is beyond abysmal.
And if all that wasn't enough, they've already lost multiple employees in just a few weeks – and they haven't even opened yet! That speaks volumes about the kind of management they're running. It's a huge red flag.
The final straw? Apparently, they're planning to give parents only a two-week notice before they finally decide to open. Two weeks! How are families supposed to arrange their lives and childcare with such short notice? It's completely inconsiderate and unprofessional. This daycare is a chaotic mess, and I wouldn't trust them with my worst enemy's child, let alone my own. Save yourself the stress and find a daycare that actually has its act together. You'll thank me later.
