  I really wanted to like KinderCare, especially because they market themselves as offering a more developmentally focused environment and higher-quality meals. Unfortunately, our experience did not match what was advertised. One of the biggest disappointments was the food program. The way it is marketed gave me the impression that meals were thoughtfully prepared on site, but there was no dedicated chef, and the kitchen I saw appeared to have little more than a microwave and oven. The posted menu also did not consistently match what the children were actually being served. On multiple occasions, I saw Kix being served for breakfast and pizza for lunch instead of what was listed on the menu. If nutrition is going to be used as a selling point for the center, parents should have an accurate picture of what their children are actually eating. I also had concerns about the level of attention being given to the children. There were multiple times when I arrived and my child had snot all over her face while teachers were sitting on the floor talking. I understand that childcare classrooms are busy and children get messy, but when it happens repeatedly, it starts to feel more like a lack of attentiveness. The toddler classroom was another concern. The teacher seemed genuinely overwhelmed, and when I asked about the curriculum, she wasn't really able to show or explain what they were working on. The menu was also not consistently posted or readily available. For a center that specifically promotes its curriculum and developmental approach, I expected those things to be much clearer and more visible to parents. After seeing how overwhelmed some of the staff appeared, I became curious about what KinderCare actually pays its teachers. I looked at publicly available wage information and was pretty shocked by how low the reported pay was. I don't put that entirely on the teachers. If anything, it made me question the company more. When families are paying around $1,500 a month per child, but the people actually caring for those children appear to be paid extremely low wages, where is that tuition going? If you're going to charge premium childcare prices, I expect that money to translate into well-supported teachers, adequate staffing, quality food, and a genuinely strong educational program. That is probably my biggest issue with the experience overall. There seemed to be a significant gap between the KinderCare that is marketed to parents and what I actually saw inside the center. For a school carrying a respected accreditation and charging what it does, I expected a much higher level of organization, transparency, and quality. I don't expect any daycare to be perfect, and I know childcare is an incredibly demanding job. But when parents are paying this much and choosing a center specifically because of claims about curriculum, nutrition, and quality of care, the day-to-day experience should reflect those claims. Unfortunately, ours did not.

  We love it here! The teachers are incredibly caring and supportive. They make a point to know every child's name whether the child is in their classroom or not. The curriculum is engaging and helps children meet milestones quickly. The teachers and staff are kind, welcoming, and willing to answer any questions you have about your child, their development, or their class. The staff and teachers communicate regularly on your child's day and progress and any center updates or awareness information. Our child loves coming to school here!

  We started bringing our daughter to Centennial Parkway KinderCare when she was just 4 months old - which, as any parent knows, is not easy. But from day one, the staff made us feel confident and at ease. They were kind, communicative, and clearly cared deeply about the kids in their care. Our daughter was always happy to be there, and it was clear she felt safe and loved. As parents, that’s all we could hope for. And we’re so grateful to have had them as part of her first year. It meant a lot to know she was in such good hands. We highly recommend this center to any parent looking for a caring, supportive environment for their little one.

  I give this place a 4.5 stars!! I have two daughters that go to KinderCare on Centennial and they absolutely love their teachers and friends!! I love the communication between the Director, Teachers and Parents. The facility is clean and the children are always smiling laughing having fun. It really is a great daycare for your children. I wish the center had more teachers but in no way is that against the daycare it just seems like less and less people are willing to work in childcare. Other than that, I would highly recommend this daycare facility for you and your family!

  My daughter has been in this Kindercare since she was 6 months old. Which means she has been in daycare during difficult time for so many people with the pandemic. The director and teachers have done an amazing job at making me feel like they take health and sanitation seriously. My daughter absolutely loves her teachers and I am so impressed by how much she learns everyday. She walks in everyday so excited and comes home with new skills to show for her time away. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to the children’s at Kindercare.
