Rich & Thompson Funeral Home provided exceptional care and compassion during one of the most difficult times for our family. The staff was kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. They took the time to answer our questions, listened to our wishes, and helped create a meaningful service that truly honored our loved one. Their genuine kindness and support made a lasting impression, and we are deeply grateful for everything they did. I highly recommend Rich & Thompson Funeral Home to anyone looking for caring and professional funeral services.

Pre-planning is the way to go IF your loved one is willing to do that. That was not something my spouse was willing to do. The mere number of decisions that needed to be made was overwhelming. Chris gave our family honest council and advice, always with the preface that the final decision was ours alone. From gravesite issues to the decision when to leave the service, he was by our side. A true professional and compassionate in every way. I would recommend Rich and Thompson without hesitation.

Rich & Thompson is THE best funeral service in this area, as far as I'm concerned. My father's memorial service could not have gone any better. Thanks to Chris Rhodes for all of his dillegence and care, and for his thoughtful willingness to bend over backwards to make sure with me and Pastor Chris that EVERY detail was handled promptly and sensitively. Thanks also to Bobby Hornaday and the entire staff that worked behind the scenes to make the initial meeting, final viewing, and memorial service go off without a hitch...and that is precisely what happened. They also handled my sister's service 2 years ago, and also did a phenomenal job for us at that time. If u want a place that treats you like family and handles everything meticulously so that you don't have to worry about anything....THIS is the place for you. Thanks again to Rich & Thompson for making my Dad's service so memorable and for handling everything with grace and kindness. I will never forget it, and I am indebted....

Losing my father-in-law was incredibly difficult, but the care and support we received from Chris Rhodes and everyone at Rich & Thompson made a world of difference. From our very first conversation, they treated us with genuine compassion, kindness, and respect. They guided us through the process and made a very overwhelming time much easier for us. On the day of the service, everything was beautifully organized and ran seamlessly, allowing our family to focus on celebrating my father-laws life. We are grateful for the care they provided and for the comfort they brought during such a difficult time. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our family cannot adequately express the level of genuine care, concern, and professionalism we received from Rich and Thompson, and particularly from Bobby Hornaday, as everyone worked to guide us through the steps and details necessary to honor our mother's life at her recent passing. Bobby worked tirelessly in a short time frame, making calls to coordinate our requests and staying in close touch with us to ensure everything was as we wanted it to be. And their care, attention to detail, and patience has extended to what our father might need after our mother's service and burial, both of which were exactly as we had hoped.
