Somatic Spiritual Counseling offers body-centered, spiritually-attuned counseling for trauma, anxiety, addiction, and life transition.
Our Asheville office at 6 Locust St offers both in-person and virtual sessions. Founded by Emma Sartwell, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and spiritual guide with an MDiv from Naropa University, the practice blends nervous-system-based healing with depth and meaning-making.
Somatic Experiencing Practitioner Christopher Cannon also sees clients from our Asheville location, working with trauma, addiction, and adoption. Sessions integrate talk therapy with somatic, mindfulness, and contemplative approaches.
