  Don't get me wrong, I appreciate all the help that this place give to those who need it. However I can't get over the fact that there are some very Rude people who work there. For example: I could hear a lady who brings food and helps with baths there yelling at a resident who can't really walk. She would also either ignore my grandfather or be just be rude telling him if he's hungry go get it himself, that he's capable as if she knows his abilities. My grandfather battles with dementia and a disease that is physically debilitating. He struggles with walking. I can't shake the feeling, knowing that their are people without empathy that we trust to care for our families that are that rude to residents. It doesn't help residents and it is infuriating. I'm discusted.
