  Horrible property management! Un able to get a hold of anyone, no one is in the office, the people who work there are awful! Don’t waste your time with this company

  They actively post houses that are NOT available, and they have a generic wait list from 1 month to a year. It's insane they'd post "available houses" when they know they're not available, they can't even house all the people that apply!

  If i could rate this 0 stars i would. I spent months of my time applying. Went through the biggest process was denied 3 times appealed them every time and after given a 72hr deadline to turn in a written piece of paper that they already had, I was denied once Again. This place is a stereotypical stuck up business that is literally looking for every reason to reject your application.

  Tamarack rental property offers "equal opportunity housing" which means you can make too much or too little to rent their properties. That's an awesome sentiment and important for helping keep Missoula affordable for locals right now, however, the rental prices are still just as high as the rest of the market. If, as a single person household, you make over 30k/year you're disqualified to rent their $900/month apartment. Spending $900/month on rent if you make under 30k/year is not a good financial decision. So Tamarack is blocking those of us who make over 30k from finding a place and price gauging the ones that do qualify by making under 30k. Either lower your prices to actually make it affordable for those you're trying to serve or do away with the "equal opportunity housing" gimmick and help local Missoulians that make over 30k/year find a place to live.
