- SDSherri DeitzNov 23, 20223.0Went here to use the Family History Center for genealogy. It is very small, the room is almost like a broom closet. They are open on Wednesdays from 1-5pm. The usual person, family history expert, was not on-site so it was good that we knew what we were doing. But, we were able to access the websites we needed and print off some useful records. They have holiday closures that are posted on the website link but the person covering today said they were "kind of closed" because it was the day before Thanksgiving. Thankfully they let us use the computer for an hour or so anyways. Although they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them at first. Understandable, I guess, if you're just providing coverage and don't know the system to help people. 🤷 But, in the end, glad to know that there is a local Family History Center in Dillon Montana.
- LHLinda HerrinFeb 13, 20215.0Love going back to in person church and visiting in person. Hearing the gospel in person is so much nicer. Wearing masks is still required. This Sunday, 2/14, we begin having 2nd hour. Sacrament meeting is first and then the different organizations meeting.
