- ODOgor DorinaJan 13, 20261.0They do not take care of your child at all, my son has been always dirty every time when I will pick him up. When I asked to see the video footage to see why my son is biter everyday by other kids the owner got frantic and called the police on us for not reason. Thereafter the police officer informed us that they are called pretty often at this location due to aggressive behaviors of the stuff and owner.
- ARAndrew RApr 16, 20242.0I have been taking my kids (3) here since February 2024 and for the first month everything was fine. Starting mid March they were coming home bit just about every single day. They do not have a biting policy however, they do say they are making one. They do not do anything about it aside from make a report to give to you. They have had their skin broken twice and they still did nothing about it. They argued with me when I requested info on the child's parents so we could talk in regards to them biting and what can be done about it. They refused and said it was policy that they cannot disclose any information on the children or their parents, but yet they don't have a policy. They continued to argue with me every time I had concerns about the biting. They could not give clear directions on what can or will be done to prevent the issue. They just stated that they are young children and biting is just going to happen. I have had enough of the arguing and back and forth with them to never get a clear answer on what can be done. so for that reason I have decided to pull my children out. For the most part the working staff is great and friendly, they are the ones I had the most interactions with aside from when there were issues. The management staff seemed to pick sides and aren't open for discussions or suggestions. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this place.
