  My family have loved Kindercare every since my oldest was 1 yrs old. We have been out of the daycare scene for quite sometime when we found a need for it again. Kindercare Southaven was initially chosen because it was closer to my job but after my first interaction with Ms. Nisha on the visit/walk through I was sold on it even more. My daughter has attended the center for 6 months and other than some minor hiccups (not the centers fault) we have enjoyed our time here. Ms. Kayla and Nisha always took the time to quiet my anxieties in the beginning and they continued to keep me informed regarding my child. All of the staff was so welcoming and treated the kids like family. My daughter loved coming school everyday to see some of her favorite people. Mrs. Lisa, Ms. Quetta, Ms.. Anistan and Ms. Ray spoils the kids and somehow does this equally amongst all of the kids. If it were not for relocating we would still be there with our extended family...

  Wonderful daycare! Ms. Kayla, the director is warm, friendly, and inviting. Ms. Quita, Ms. Lisa, Ms. Ray and the other staff members are exceptional. My granddaughter receives excellent care at Southaven KinderCare. She is all smiles at pick-up. Detailed records of her day are kept. My son and his wife receive multiple photos & updates throughout the day. I highly recommend Southaven KinderCare.

  KinderCare has prepared my son for kindergarten! The teachers and director, Kayla, are excellent!

  Well if they could control the controllables maybe this wouldn't be such a bad place. My child has only been enrolled maybe 3 weeks and every other day there's a story about some kid fighting him. Yeah it's never easy on the new kid but to allow a kid to continue this unruly behavior is unacceptable. This is the 2nd time my child has had a scar from tussling over a toy and need I mention these are face scars. Where is the staff before all this hitting takes place. I am going to withdraw my child to save myself some bond money because ATP I need to see the momma!!

  I have reached out multiple times to inquire about where my son is on the wait-list after dropping off a get-to-know you form in January. I have emailed and called. No one ever returns my calls or my e-mails. I did get one response from CB that said she would add him to the list. For such a prestigious daycare in the area, one would expect a more professional experience. My husband called today, and he was told my son is not even on the list. It's a blessing to be treated this way now versus when my child actually made it into the school. Hopefully the staff will treat the next potential clients more appropriately.
