- KZKimberly ZinnApr 22, 20265.0My aunt was in Hampton Manor for a year before she needed to move to a skilled nursing facility. We were 100% pleased with the cleanliness of her and the home. She was in the locked unit due to dementia but she was really happy there because of all the activities they do for the residents designed especially for those with dementia. She also loved the food and finally put some weight back on. I was so sad when we had to move her. Based on our experience I would absolutely recommend Hampton Manor. The staff is friendly and caring towards the residents and their families.

Communication with staff about care needs was polite but not always followed up in a timely manner. In an assisted living setting, reliable feedback and follow-up are crucial to resident well-being. The environment itself was acceptable, but staff responsiveness needs improvement. Families should have confidence that requests will be handled quickly and consistently. I recommend asking detailed questions about staffing levels and response procedures before making a decision.
