My journey started in February 2026 when I called Teddy Marler, followed by a few tours in March. I placed my deposit in April and moved into my studio apartment in May 2026. Teddy and the team made the entire process seamless. This community is an absolute hidden jewel, and my visitors are always pleasantly surprised and impressed. Like any transition, there were a few minor bumps, but maintenance requests are handled promptly and according to the urgency of what is needed. I say, "I do not expect what I cannot give… perfection." It is all about how a team responds, and Village North has truly exceeded my expectations. A few things I absolutely love:💛 • Every apartment has its own balcony. • Packages are held securely at the front desk. • Indoor trash disposal is incredibly convenient. I am thoroughly enjoying living here. The amenities are fantastic, but best of all, The Village North feels like an extended family. If you are looking for a great place to live, look no further!
