We love KinderCare. All the teachers are great! Miss Hailey has been amazing with my baby. She takes great care of him. I know he is being loved and cared for when I drop him off. Miss Gabby has been great with my older kid, showing patience and support. Miss Christina has been great at helping my toddler settle down in the mornings. Last, but not least, gotta shout out Miss Micah for helping me carry out my unruly toddler to me car ❤️

An employee of this location ordered a rideshare for herself and 2 toddlers aged 1& 2 without a safety seat and expected to be given a refund from the driver who showed up to transport but had to cancel for no wrong doing but that missouri state law is that all children under 8 must be in a child safety seat that is age, weight appropriate. Kindercare I would hope makes sure that every child that arrives and leaves is complying with safety. The lady had on a black uniform shirt with kindercare logo, this could have been an employee taking children she was not authorized to have. Who transports toddlers without proper seats? It is against lyft and my insurance policy and state law.

I started sending my new born there at 3 months. I was so nervous but the teachers just love those babies so much, it put me at ease and made my transition back to work easier. The teachers are trained and so sweet. They send me pictures of my baby doing all sorts of educational activities each day - things I would never know to do with her. She is now 8 months and is always so happy when we head off to school. So far, My family has had a great experience!

I pulled my daughter out of this hole after two days. We went on several visits prior to her first day because my daughter is my world and I wanted to ensure she would be in a great place. This place is one of the worst! They send home a report of what they do all day, they didn't change my baby's diaper for over FOUR HOURS! Expected her to take a nap after the first 3 hours of no diaper changing! LET HER NOT EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING ALL DAY LONG! Did not call to tell me she wasn't eating or drinking and it was during the heat of the summer. My normally happy baby came home and screamed and cried all evening. They wouldn't let her have her binky and stuffed animal during any part of the day. She came home with bruises on her face and a bloody dent in her head and they couldn't tell me how it happened because they weren't watching her. I reported them to the state and DFS. I am surprised they are still open. My daughter told me her teacher hit her in the stomach. She also got a yeast infection for the first and only time in her life during her two days there. Don't send your infant or toddler here. Save your child a load of a headache! None of these kids can even talk. My daughter is almost two now and talks up a storm using full sentences. The kids I met at this place had crusty noses and couldn't even say hello. Save your money! They are abusive and neglectful! All they do is go outside all day. If you want your child to learn anything, send them somewhere else.
