- FAFelicity ApplewhiteMay 19, 20251.0I’m giving the staff well the director 1 star rating because of communication. I expressed to Taylor how I’ve toured this daycare many times trying to get my baby into this daycare and how the last direction I’m assuming before her Ghosted me and now going through the same thing with Taylor! Taylor seemed very empathetic about what I told her and nice for first impression but I’m starting to realize it was all a front. I went to tour the daycare on may 8th,2025 and during the tour I filled out the initial form that asked when I would like my baby to start etc. After speaking with TAYLOR that same day, she told me she would have to get back to me (via phone call) Monday afternoon to see about availability because of the toddler rooms being pretty full. I was okay with that, Monday comes she never called me. So I reached out on Tuesday and Tammy had told me she was busy downstairs and to give a call back. I called again on Wednesday morning and Tammy again said TAYLOR was going to call me back in 10 minutes and she never did. I’m not sure why me and my son are being ghosted but it definitely doesn’t feel good and I’m not happy about it whatsoever! It’s been 2 weeks and still have not heard anything back about availability or in general.
- AMAbbey MyersFeb 24, 20255.0We love Little Guppy! We couldn’t be more thrilled with the care she receives and the things she learns. Miss Kaylee has gotten her more than ready for kindergarten in the Fall!
