  Dang I have a 13 month old and was planning on talking to this place about my child starting through here.. I want to make sure I find a very trustworthy place for him because of situations like other teachers treating other people's kids wrongly I've seen some bad reviews through this place and makes me want to change my mind but my question is did they end up getting rid of those teachers that other parents had problems with and replaced them with better ones or are there still the same teachers from the reviews I'm reading from this daycare?

  We have been using Kinder Care for the last three years, with 5 kids attending. We also took my older son there when he was little. We see tremendous growth in education during the time they are there and they are very happy spending time with the teachers and other kids. The staff are professional and caring. It shows they really want the kids to learn and succeed as they prepare for big kids school. They work with schedules and greet parents with a smile on their face. I cannot praise them enough, from the director all the way down to the newest care giver. I highly, highly, recommend checking them out to see if they are right for your kids/family.

  I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with this facility's management, building and district level. Director, Shanna, explicitly stated, "If you're not happy, you can leave," and hung up the phone during a discussion. Sounds like someone who values the children in their care? This retaliatory behavior for bringing up a teacher concern initially and highlighting poor management,according to countless staff members, that consisted of systemic communication failures, high staff turnover, and demonstrated bias against my standard parental advocacy, has made it impossible to trust this facility with my child. An explanation and reassurance is all that I was seeking, but instead was met with hostility, lack of accountability and deflection.

  Hello Kindercare Staff :D, This is Huntar Hodge, you guys took good care of me, then, new management, you kicked out my friends, took the toys away from us, gave the toys to the toddlers (Legos and toddlers dont mix btw). Then took away our Computer, replaced it with a Wii. Cool Right? Nah, lock on that, and you could only play Wii Sports, they eventually took that away too, Lonely Introvert Huntar, oldest kid in the place, with no friends. Teachers are kind though! So imo, keep your kids their up until schoolage.
