St. William Apartments II

St. William Apartments I & II is an affordable housing senior apartment complex operated by Cardinal Ritter Senior Services (CRSS), an agency of Catholic Charities and the Archdiocese of St. Louis. You may qualify for St. William Apartments I & II if you are age 62 or older and meet federal income requirements. Each apartment rents for 30 percent of the resident’s adjusted gross income. St. William Apartments I & II are located just a couple of miles off Highway 40/64 at the Winghaven exit. This complex is a completely smoke-free property and features 40 one-bedroom apartments, including two apartments accessible for residents who may have a hearing, vision or mobility disability.
