  My daughter has gone here for a little over a year now and they have been the best most trusting place she absolutely loves going and has made a ton of friends and they have helped her a lot I truly believe she wouldn’t be where she is without them! They also care for her like one of their own and make sure I’m notified about everything and they always make sure to check in when she isn’t doing well it’s a good feeling knowing she has such great care and a “second family”

  Since my kids joining them last August i have seen a big improvement in them!, from speech, interest etc. i love that they also learn while there. They enjoy visiting their teachers and friends!

  I couldn’t be more grateful for the care and support my child has received at KinderCare Columbia. The teachers are incredibly warm, attentive, and engaging—they truly treat every child like their own. The learning environment is structured but nurturing, which has helped my child grow both academically and socially. We’ve seen noticeable improvements in communication, problem-solving, and independence since enrolling. The curriculum is age-appropriate yet stimulating, and I love the regular updates and photos we receive through the app. Most importantly, my child is excited to go to school each day, which says everything. The center is clean, safe, and well-organized, with clear protocols that give parents peace of mind. The staff communicates effectively and is always open to feedback. We feel fortunate to be part of this community. Highly recommend KinderCare Columbia to any family looking for quality early childhood education and care.

  First, I should share that my child didn’t attend this place. We only toured it as a potential daycare for my daughter as it’s “nationally accredited” and teachers are supposed to be “highly trained and experienced”. My stomach was in knots at the thought of leaving my child here. The teachers looked ran through and unprofessional. They looked tired, unengaged, and unenthusiastic. They were mostly very young and they all wore sweatpants. When I asked what kind of training they had, I expected to hear that they had degrees in childcare or at least some kind of certifications. Instead, I was told that they had “spent years in childcare and numerous different places”. That does not sound appealing. The place looked run down and the classroom a very small area for how many kiddos there are running around in there. It smelled bad, the cots they were sleeping on looked stained, letters and pictures hung on the wall were tearing off, and for some kind of project they had photos of fast food restaurants hung up. I don’t want unhealthy options advertised for my daughter like that. Another huge issue for me was that these children were being forced to nap with the very bright lights on! The very opposite of inviting and cozy. They were letting us tour inside the classrooms and speak to each other at a normal volume while they were trying to nap. That’s extremely disruptive and honestly disrespectful to these poor babies. It felt like I was looking at animals in a zoo. This is so inconsiderate. This daycare expects me to pay right under $1500 a month for this low quality, run down, unprofessional, disruptive environment? This is so disheartening. This is supposed to be a top rated daycare/preschool. When I told the lady conducting the tour that we were going to pass because I wasn’t very fond of the way the facility is ran and it seems low quality for $1500 a month, all she had to say was “I’m sorry you feel that way.”
