  teachers are awesome but the director needs to learn how to deal with frustrated parents and not tell them that i am not going to help you or let you talk unless you lose the frustration tone or you would be considered hostile when your frustrated with a situation the director has no customer service experience if she did then she should be able to handle parents who is frustrated about something and has a tone instead of being extremely rude which makes things worse with the parents because the director would interrupt the parents speaking in mid speech

  This is such a great location! My son has been enrolled since he was 8 weeks old and he loves coming to school everyday and seeing all the teachers. I am grateful to Ms. Shannon, Ms. Maudia and staff for doing an excellent job. Childcare isn’t easy and they do an awesome job. They really encourage parent engagement, my husband and I do our best to attend the functions for the kids to help support! I couldn’t be more happy with this location! Happy Boy!! 🥰🥰

  We have been attending KinderCare for about 1.5 years now- this location for nearly a full year- and we have been so happy with how much all of the teachers, staff, and directors do for the kids! Our daughter has also been able to learn and develop so much, and we appreciate everything they do for her! The teachers truly love all of the kids!

  We are extremely pleased with the care our children receive at this childcare center. The staff is warm, caring, patient, and attentive to each child’s individual needs. The center provides a safe, clean, nurturing, and welcoming environment where children can learn, grow, and feel comfortable. The teachers are professional and genuinely invested in the children’s development, well-being, and happiness. Communication with families is excellent, and we always feel confident knowing our child is in loving and capable hands. We truly appreciate all that the staff does each day and would highly recommend this childcare center to any family looking for quality care.

  This location was great. My daughter truly enjoyed herself and all the fun activities. The director Shannon Fant and all the amazing teachers were so down to earth and showed such great service to me and my daughter. The teachers helped my daughter feel safe and welcoming everyday. The registration process was fast and easy.
