Open Door Health Center (ODHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving as a safety net clinic for underserved populations in Southern Minnesota. Our mission is to be a partner in improving the health of all community members, and we envision a future where everyone has what they need to live a healthy life.
