- MFMarcy FischerDec 17, 20254.0My mom is in the memory care wing. Always get great customer service when we ask staff questions about my mom. I feel like her care is good. The only thing I would recommend is laundering the residents blankets more, the ones that are draped on their laps during the days, there is often food smeared on their blankets, and the wheelchairs could be cleaned up as well. I often see food all over the wheelchairs when I am there. Otherwise, pretty good care!
