  I have two under two who go to the Roseville Kindercare. They both love going to daycare and are taken care of by great staff. Both get outside time, as long as weather permits. Staff create fun crafts and activities, creating new sensory play for them to explore. Most of the messy sensory, they do at daycare, so I don’t have as many messes at home. Teachers send us pictures of everything and it’s always so fun getting to see what they are getting up to. Ms. Annie, the director, is super helpful in getting anything we need to ensure our kids succeed. I plan on us staying for as long as we can.

  As of this July 2025, I have been very happy with Kindercare. My oldest daughter started when she was 1 year old in January of 2024, I was pleased with the staff and the director at the time (Director Ebone and teacher Ms. Kristen). When the director left and a new one stepped in around March that year, things did not go well and I considered leaving when I went on maternity leave in May 2024. However, the regional directors stepped in and turned things around. After being on leave, I started my youngest daughter in September of 2024. While there has been two directors since then... (Ms. Bri and now Ms. Mickela) it is a night and day difference with how the center is run. I can tell my kids are learning things because they share about it at home. There are some veteran staff who are excellent and do amazing with students. And other newer staff that truely love my girls and let me know how they did. One area to improve upon would be the transitions when new staff are hired. There is a big learning curve for them and it is noticeable that when there is a newer staff that the room is messy. Having said that, as a teacher myself, I understand that there are challenges when trying to work with new staff and making sure they have necessary training. Overall, my children are happy, love the staff, and are excited to tell me what they learn. I love when I get pictures of how they are doing on the app. Shout out to Ms. CeCe, Ms. Choua, Ms. Tachena, Ms. Mickela, and Ms. Bre!

  I absolutely love this center! I was hesitant with putting my child in a child care center at first but they immediately put my mind at ease and fears to rest! Every day my child comes home and is telling me everything she did at school! They even helped when I started potty training! They are absolutely amazing! My child and I just love them!

  I have a close friend that has children that attends here. They are very unprofessional, there’s marks that “magically” appear on her child’s face. They don’t do their actual job of caring for the children. The diapers are hardly ever changed when she picks them up. When asking the staff what happen they have no clue. There are only on average about two good workers that actually care about the children!
