  We absolutely love Shannon Park KinderCare! The teachers are amazing and truly care about the kids. Our daughter has learned so much since starting here, and we love seeing how much she grows and learns every day. Most importantly, she has so much fun and is always excited to go! It gives us such peace of mind knowing she is in a safe, caring, and fun environment. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend this daycare to other families!

  KinderCare Rosemount is a true testament of peace of mind when it comes to safe, reliable childcare. My son has been going to KinderCare in Rosemount since he was 11 weeks old. We are nearing our 8th year there and after all this time, he still skips and smiles walking in every morning. We are now in our school-age era which allows him independence and free play before and after school. He loves all the arts and crafts he can get his hands on, and we have definitely brought home our money’s worth in art projects. Looking back at our time in the other classrooms, preschool prepared him well for traditional school. Teachers drove home the fundamentals that he excelled in during kindergarten and beyond. Pre-K he learned how to play with others, listen to teachers, manners, and how to write his name. The toddler room was great for potty training, exploring, and playtime. And lastly the infant room, his first stop of many in his 8 years there. The infant room was a place of peace and comfort for us as parents. We knew when he was there he was well taken care of by staff who loved him and would inform us of any changes. As a mom who struggled immensely with postpartum depression, just having the opportunity to sleep and know my child was in the best hands is priceless. The help was lifesaving. KinderCare Rosemount has been a reliable staple in our family for nearly 8 years and we are grateful for them everyday. ❤️

  We absolutely love our experience here! As a mom and an elementary teacher, I know how important it is for children to feel safe, loved, welcomed, and excited to learn—and this daycare truly provides all of that and more. My daughter is 3 years old and has been attending this center for over 2 years, and was at another KinderCare prior to this one. Throughout that time, we have been so impressed by the care and dedication of the teachers and staff. My daughter comes home happy every day and loves telling us about her teachers, friends, and everything she did. She even notices when a teacher is gone and tells us how much she misses them, which speaks volumes about the relationships she has built there. As a teacher myself, I have personally witnessed the time, patience, and love the teachers put into creating a welcoming, inclusive, educational, and FUN environment for the children. They truly know and care about the kids as individuals, and it is clear that they want each child to feel valued and supported. We genuinely wouldn’t change a thing about our experience. We are so grateful for the community that has been created here and feel incredibly lucky that our daughter gets to grow, learn, and make so many wonderful memories in such a caring environment. We couldn’t recommend this daycare more highly!

  Shannon Park Kindercare has been great! The teachers are all caring and thoughtful. We started with another local daycare and after a handful of issues within the first 4 days, we pulled our daughters out. We found Kindercare and were nervous to be starting another daycare after the poor experience we had. The team at Kindercare made the transition comfortable and welcoming. My 3 year old was nervous the first day and within just days, she was comfortable and enjoying her days. I give all the credit to the team for spending the time to make her feel comfortable. We couldn’t be happier!

  I normally don’t write negative reviews, but after what happened to my daughter, I feel other parents deserve to know. There were four separate incidents involving the same little girl. The first three involved hitting and spitting, and all three were documented by the daycare. After the second incident, we were told this child was already on a behavioral correction plan.After the third incident, we were specifically told the children would be kept separated.Then came the fourth incident. I arrived at daycare to find my daughter screaming outside. Another child handed me a handful of my daughter’s hair and told me the same little girl had bitten her and pulled her hair out. The director apologized and once again said they would keep them separated. The next morning, when I spoke with another teacher about keeping them apart, her response was, “Well, she runs over to play with her when we aren’t looking.” That was incredibly upsetting to hear. After everything that had already happened, that response felt like responsibility was being placed on my daughter for approaching a child she was supposed to be protected from. I was also left with the impression that the daycare was reluctant to remove the other child because she has a twin who also attends, potentially meaning they would lose both children as customers. I can’t say that’s definitively the reason, but that’s how the situation came across to us, and I find that extremely concerning. The next day, my daughter was terrified to go back. She was crying and refusing to go inside, and we ultimately decided to find another daycare. She has been genuinely upset by the entire experience. What infuriates me most is that my daughter was the one who had to leave after being repeatedly hurt, while the other child continues attending. Four incidents. Three documented before the fourth happened. A behavioral correction plan was already in place. We were promised separation—and my daughter was still bitten and had her hair pulled out.My daughter deserved to feel safe at daycare. Instead, she became afraid to go back. As her parent, I can’t just ignore that. Further editing my comment , because KinderCare asked for reviews to burry this one . The Karen’s attempting to burry my reviews CHILLDREN weren’t attacked . Or spit on multiple times . Spit . OH HOW I WISH I COULD HAVE MET THE PARENTS OF THAT LITTLE GIRL .
