  I am extremely happy with the choice of First Steps Academy for my kids care! All of the teachers and staff are so kind and very informational on how my kids days go. I was hesitant sending my kids to daycare for a few years and decided to give First Steps Academy a go and let me say I have never had a second thought that this was not the best daycare in general and for my kids. I will always recommend!! I could go on about all the great things to say but I would have a book!

  My kid is excited to go in the morning and doesn't want to leave at pick-up. I think that says a lot about a daycare center.

  MS. KATRINA at Big Steps academy in rochester has been a reacher for my daughter and is a familiar face in all the classrooms. She helped me and my daughter today as we were leaving and I want to give her the acoldades for her total kindness and professionalism she shows over the years. She is a strong teacher and role model. I appreciate Ms. Katrina. Thank you.

  I just want to give the biggest shoutout to my daughter’s daycare and especially Ms. Shauna & infant 2 class teachers ❤️🥹 As a mom, leaving your child in someone else’s care isn’t always easy, but knowing she is loved, cared for, and treated with kindness every day means more to me than words can say. Thank you all , for your patience, love, and all the little things you do to make my daughter feel safe and happy. 🥰💕 I’m truly grateful to have someone who cares for her like she’s their own. We appreciate you more than you know! ❤️🫶🏽

  I have a friend that works here! She’s great with the kids and genuinely enjoys her job. If I had kids, they'd definitely be going here
