- ELEmma LarsonApr 5, 20195.0The staff at Bright Horizons is second to none. They do an amazing job staffing kind, knowledgeably safe, gentle teachers, and loving workers. My daughter (infant) and son have gone to back-up care, our son as an infant and is now in the toddler room at 2.5yrs. He has seen 10 or so care providers in his time and has transitioned rooms and every employee has been fantastic!

They were very flexible with our scheduling. As a Mayo employee we were also able to use the back-up service at the same facility. I strongly recommend this daycare center!

Would be nice if a small number of spots were reserved for 24 hour notice so parents in a real pinch without time to plan would have a chance of getting kid care here.

We feel the communication has been excellent, the staff well trained, and the management to be experienced and knowledgeable. They offer back-up care, 2 day/week, 3 day/week, and 5 day/week options that give the consumer lots of choice and financial flexibility. We would highly recommend.
