- DLDani LashaySep 28, 20262.0It’s and okay daycare. The have a revolving door of staff which i do not like and we’ve had like 3 different directors in one year.
- MSmiyana shaheerJul 24, 20261.0I toured this facility and was interested in bringing my girls there. I ended up changing my mind and went to another daycare. But this daycare stated that my kids attended this daycare when i have documentation that it’s not true. They charged me and when i didn’t pay (they never went here) they put it on my credit. My score dropped 100 points for their mistake. The teachers are marking students present that are not there. They have not responded to my urgent email to explain what happened and why they marked my kids present for 2-3 weeks when they have never been. Definitely concerning!!!
- TCTiara CarrOct 18, 20231.0KinderCare as a whole is a great company. However, the Oakdale location is not safe. There is an extreme lack of supervision as well as classroom management. There is a huge turn over rate with staff. BIG RED FLAG. When you express concern for your child or things going on that you notice in the center you are ignored. I have reported things to the director, district leader and above and nothing ever changed. I would not feel safe sending my child to this location.
- TLThe JAM lifeSep 28, 20205.0As a new mom I was terrified to send my child to daycare on top of the fact that we are in the middle of a global pandemic.. but ms.kim and all of her staff have made me feel more than comfortable! I get daily updates and photos of what my child is doing and I couldn’t be more confident that my son is safe and happy when in their care!
