Great center, awesome staff seem to really care about the kids. My kid comes home happy everyday about his day he had. Always send pictures of the activities and learning they do each day. I would definitely recommend this daycare center.

My 3 children & I really enjoy University Ave KinderCare. The director Mrs. Heidi is really easy to work with and is always there if you need anything. All 3 of my kids are in the school age classroom and really enjoy having Mrs. Sam as their teacher. She is so caring, and treats the kids like they are her own. She has a great reward system for the kids and really puts her all into making the classroom the best it can be for everyone. She's always keeping me in the loop on how their days had went. Very happy with this location and would recommend to anyone looking for childcare!

My daughter was so excited to see me. She ran towards me and accidentally tripped hit her head on the glass door and her lip injury is gonna take even longer to heal. I noticed her shoes were on the wrong way, but why didn't anyone notice? One of the staff said "oh she tide her own shoes." As an excuse for why she had fallen. Why didn't anyone make sure her shoes were on correctly! SMH! That fall could of been worse. I wonder what they would of had said then. Thank God it didn't. Hold staff accountable! Preventing injuries should be 1st. Safety matters. Whatever happened to empathy? Jeez what a world. After this review was made the Director Heidi spoke with me and told me I should find another center for my daughter to attend. All because she can't find solutions to problems. She rather have people runaway. Wow! And she's supposed to be a leader! How pathetic is that. No wonder they rather let us go else where, like that they can continue to stick up for each other etc. Non recommendable place.
