We follow them through studying the Bible and Book of Mormon and heeding the words of a modern-day prophet. We watch over each other through a system of ministering, where each person or family has a specific person who ministers to them, and in turn, each person has a responsibility to watch over someone else. Our clergy is volunteer, not paid. We claim a line of priesthood authority going back to Jesus Christ Himself, and we strive to follow Him.
