My child attended Bloomington KinderCare from infancy to preschool. During our time at the center our experience was mixed. Cleanliness was an ongoing concern. Some teachers were very kind, patient, and engaging, while others seemed burnt out and not well-suited for working with young children. In our final months, my child frequently mentioned being yelled at by their teacher, among other inappropriate comments, which ultimately led to our decision to leave. The director was friendly and approachable, but I often felt our concerns were brushed off or minimized, rather than being meaningfully addressed. While I wish the center and staff well, it's not a place we would return.

This center has been nothing short of incredible. Our son’s teachers (Ms. Anne and Ms. Maggie) are creative, experienced, and talented. They do a fantastic job keeping kids’ attention, empowering imagination, and developing a sense of kindness and empathy for others. The curriculum is suitable for the age groups it’s being used for, and features a huge variety of activities and themes. The Center Director, Crystal, is friendly, knows each kid by name, and approaches her interactions treating each person with kindness and respect. We’re so grateful that we ended up at this center, feel like our son is SO ready for kindergarten in the Fall, and are mourning having to leave the center (because he’s graduating out of pre-k) because of how exceptional our experience has been.

We love Bloomington KinderCare! The teachers are the best, friendly and out kids love spending time with them. We love the KinderCare App so we can follow along with their day and what they are up too and learning/activities.
My favorite daycare of all time, and its all because of the teachers and the stuff that works here! I honestly take so serious to where or with whom I leave with my kids, I have tried couple different daycares before Bloomington kindercare and none of em can be compared to this one. As a single mother of two children it’s hard to work yet think about what is happening with your kids? Who is watching em, and are they been cared for?. I found my answer when one day we woke up in the morning and both my kids are so happy and excited just to be at the daycare with their teachers and friends and as a mom this is the most important thing. I honestly love how the team care for all types of children and different age as if their were their own. Children are well feed and cared for and there is nothing more important to a parent then that. Thank you so much the team and stuff at Bloomington kindercare. Lots of love.

This place put on a really good show. My son has been going to this kinder care on France in Bloomington for a a while now and he has been bitten and has learned to hit he always acts so hungry when he comes home like he hasnt eaten all day I had to ask for the incedient report when he came home with Mark's on him.
Also I seen a kid bite a kid push a kid and smacked a kid while dropping mine off and jus took him home with me. So now that my son is biting back because now he has 8 teeth, and pushes and slap thing out of the hands of his peers is because that is what was done to him that is all he has learned from this school and I was so blinded at frist and they all seemed so nice it's a lie.
Also who in there right mind would allow to have a mother or mothers work in the same area as the kids attend there is favoritism and so much more your kids interest would be second to there child whom they brith period any mother I don't care if you were st Teresa you would cradle your kid frist and the other kids second. Not to mention when babys teeth they bite it does not matter of what u do and when they learn to bite from being bitten and it's your kid they then have a problem. This places is fake and dispeicable in so many ways I don't know how to word it and if your kid is of color don't you dare send them there unless they are old enough to talk.
One more thing I should not have let him be there for as long as we did however it was really convenient as we live and work down the street and when anything could happen we would be right there. I will be more carefull and do more research on another place when he learns to talk as he will not be attending any ones daycare until then..
