  Poor staffing, use a lot of agency staff, rooms are cold, recently claims filed for elder abuse in the Assisted living part.

  It's 1.5 hours away from me but I wouldn't want my Mom anywhere else. With past experience of working in nursing homes, I can tell you this place is hands down the best. She has Dementia. Besides excellent care, they communicate well, strive for the best care. It feels like home....because it IS HOME. It's her home and I am grateful 🙏 Staff is amazing💜 It is clean and the food is great too! Thank you Annandale Care Center for caring for my Mom.

  Almost always short staff or over load "hard working" staff with extra things to do because they know it will get done. Don't always hold everyone at the same accountability,"play favorites".
