  We’ve had such a wonderful experience with North Troy KinderCare! My child truly enjoys going there, and the teachers are incredibly caring, supportive, and attentive to each child’s individual needs. Our older child also graduated from the same daycare, so we’ve had many years of positive experiences with them. We’re genuinely grateful for the care and support they provide and would happily recommend North Troy KinderCare to any family looking for a warm, caring, and supportive place for their child!

  I have had my daughter in kindercare since a year old or so. It’s been 2 years and I can say without a doubt that this daycare is beyond amazing in regards to learning curriculum, love and care with each child and genuine love of what they do here. All the teachers are so passionate and always come up with fun new activities and themes for the kiddos. They are a secure/safe building with the safety of kids in mind at all times. My daughter is so excited to go every morning to see friends and teachers! They provide meals and snacks for the kids, which as a low income household it is so helpful! I dont know what I would do without my kindercare family. ❤️❤️

  I’m really happy to share my positive experience with KinderCare! My daughter joined KinderCare when she was just three months old, and one of the things I appreciate most is how well-organized everything is. They have a structured daily schedule for naps, bottles, feeding, and activities, which helps babies develop a consistent routine. I've had the opportunity to spend quite a bit of time around the teachers, and I can genuinely say that they are caring, loving, and attentive to the children. Another thing I really appreciate is their flexibility. Whenever parents want to introduce something new or make adjustments to their baby's routine, the teachers are always willing to listen, cooperate, and help make the transition easier. Communication is another strong point. The staff are honest and transparent about what happens throughout the day. They keep parents informed if a child isn't feeling well, isn't participating in activities as usual, or needs extra attention. They also take illness seriously and follow policies to help prevent it from spreading among the children. They are also very responsive whenever I call during the day to check on my daughter or ask a question, which gives me great peace of mind as a working mom. A very special thank you to Miss Katie in the infant room! My daughter absolutely adores her, and it's easy to see why. Miss Katie is incredibly sweet, patient, loving, and genuinely caring. Seeing how comfortable and happy my daughter is around her means so much to me. Knowing that my baby is surrounded by people who treat her with kindness and affection makes leaving her at daycare so much easier. Thank you, Miss Katie, and the entire infant room team, for all the love, patience, and care you give our little ones every day. It truly makes a difference!

  We’ve loved seeing our little ones grow over the last 2.5 years and have KinderCare and staff to thank for it. While all the teachers and staff treat my kids as if they’re their own, Mya continually goes above and beyond. She makes sure the kids are academically, emotionally, and physically taken care of and I know my girls wouldn’t be thriving if it weren’t for her. I am extremely grateful and impressed with the way the staff handled a recent health issue with one of our girls and feel safe continuing their journey at the facility. Communication has greatly improved from the newsletters to the app.

  We have been with North Troy KC for over 4 years now and we love it! The teachers and staff are so kind and loving to the kids. The center director, Mrs. Janet, is always looking for new and fun things for the kids everyday. One particular teacher, Ms, Mya, has been with our daughter since she was 12 weeks old and she is a god sent. My daughter is now 2.5 years old and in Ms. Mya’s discovery preschool class and what can I say but wow! Ms. Mya is so engaging with the kids, helps them learn their ABCs, numbers, days of the week and months of the year. My daughter went from knowing only a few letters to singing the whole alphabet in a few short months. Ms. Mya has also been working on potty training with the kids and it has been a huge help! She is a miracle worker with those kids and she makes her class so engaging and fun each and everyday. Couldn’t be happier with all the staff though at North Troy KC.
