My wife decided to give our business to Bagnasco and calcaterra funeral home saint clair shores location. My wife and I and also my mother decided to go to the funeral home and pick out urns. After waiting an hour to receive the contract we went over the size of the urns for our children. A representative Rebecca Peters from the funeral home is one of the rudest, callous, unprofessional, incompetent people in service I’ve ever met. At the time of selecting urns she informed us with our kids being new born children we needed to purchase two small urns. My wife and I took the recommendations of Rebecca Peters and decided to purchase two small urns. After the funeral home received our kids ashes they decided to put our twin children in two small urns that wasn’t the appropriate size seal them, they gave my wife a call and informed my wife “ I put your kids in the urn but some didn’t fit in the urn so I don’t know what you want to do with the left over” My wife and family are really upset at the disrespect of handling the remains of our children. This business was suppose to provide two urns for our children which my wife and I paid in full and didn’t receive the right size for the cubic ft or weight of ashes. The business hasn’t called or given us a refund for this terrible problem. - You reap what you sow. Charles C Robinson
