The Director and Assistant Director are very easy to work with and very courteous when asking questions or when parents are voicing concerns. My grandson loves going here and is now in his 1st year of preschool and is excelling beyond what I imagined. The teachers are wonderful and they do many fun activities to include the parents and grandparents.

We had a very negative experience with another childcare facility, so we were a bit hesitant when we first brought our daughter here. We can honestly say how pleasantly surprised we have been by the incredible turnaround and the wonderful experience we’ve had with the management team. The teachers have been absolutely amazing with our daughter. She genuinely loves seeing them, and it’s been so special to watch how much she has learned and grown while in their care. As first-time parents and having an only child, we’ve learned so much from them as well, whether it was introducing solids, navigating those first steps, or helping her learn how to play and interact with other children. We truly appreciate how supportive and knowledgeable the entire team has been throughout each new stage. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and has wonderful outdoor and gym spaces for the kids to play and explore. They also do such a great job putting together activities and events that help bring the children and families together. And as working parents, nothing brightens our day more than getting all of the pictures and updates throughout the day. It makes us feel connected to her even when we can’t be there. We are incredibly grateful for this team and the care they give our daughter every day. There is no greater peace of mind as a parent than knowing your child is surrounded by people who genuinely care about them, help them learn and grow, and make them feel loved and safe. We feel so fortunate to have found such a wonderful place for our girl!

Our toddler loves his days here, and the teachers are so engaged, communicative, and thoughtful. Not to mention meals are included in tuition. Great experience for the last 2 years!

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at KinderCare. The overall lack of care, communication, and attention to our child’s well-being was deeply concerning to us as parents. Most importantly, our son sustained a serious injury while in their care. As parents, it was incredibly upsetting to learn that our child had been injured while we trusted the facility to keep him safe. The experience surrounding his injury only added to our concerns about the level of supervision and care being provided. We expected a safe, nurturing environment where we could feel confident leaving our child each day. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The situation left us feeling disappointed, frustrated, and unable to trust KinderCare with our child’s safety and well-being. We would not recommend this KinderCare location to other families. Parents deserve to feel confident that their children are being properly supervised, cared for, and kept safe, and unfortunately, we did not feel that way here.
