  Flourish is a truly exceptional community, and I am incredibly grateful that my father lives there. Linda Price and her team consistently demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and genuine care for every resident. It is clear that the residents’ well-being and comfort are always their top priority. During the recent water shortage in town, Linda and her staff responded quickly and efficiently, ensuring that all residents were relocated to safe and comfortable accommodations. Their organization, communication, and dedication during a stressful situation gave our family tremendous peace of mind. The community itself is beautiful, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained, and my father genuinely enjoys living there. Our family is deeply appreciative of the outstanding care and support provided by the entire Flourish team. We cannot thank them enough for all they do

  This company does not care about their residents AT ALL. The management is dismissive, unresponsive and incompetent. I feel that they have no regard for my mothers’s best interest. I would NOT recommend.

  Visited Flourish Collection last week for the second time and had an outstanding tour of the complex with John one of their sales representatives. We had many questions and they were all answered honestly and with clarity. The grounds, buildings and residences are all amazing and beautifully kept! And for us, having the option of a higher level of care if needed is a very important factor in our decision, which Flourish provides.

  My Mom has been at the community for 2 years. She has had a very good experiences within the community. She has made many friends and enjoys the experience the community offers. There are many activities for the residents to join, including outings! The staff is very nice and friendly. The housekeeping staff that cleans for her every two weeks make sure everything is done the way she likes it. If anything should go wrong from a light bulb change to a faucet replacement someone is there to do it right away. She enjoys having dinner with friends every evening. It has been a wonderful experience not only for my mom but for our entire family as well!

  (EDIT) 4/17/2026 I’d like to update my review below in fairness. Since voicing my and my parents concerns to the operating company Storypoint last week, I’m glad to say they have responded immediately and taken it very seriously. The director personally met with my parents and spent a lot of time listening to fully understand the issues with the building and management. They seem to be genuine and committed to addressing our concerns, so I’m hopeful the situation will start to improve moving forward. ————————— Please don’t let your loved ones move in here. It’s clear that this used to be a wonderful place but with new ownership for the past year or so it has been completely ruined. My parents routinely have to wait over 1.5 hours to get a meal. Sometimes they give up and just go back to their apartment and make food themselves. The Director never shows up to resident meetings. No one is properly running the dining room so residents from outside the main building who don’t have meal plans are dining and drinking to their pleasure and not charged at all. Residents who live in the main building pay a huge premium and others are eating for free. Family members and friends come in and eat for free too. There is no one working to properly manage the restaurant with even the most basic service you would get at Big Boy. The place is filthy and they only started vacuuming the hallways recently after a whole year of never cleaning them. The worst part, they are absolutely fleecing the residents with eye watering rents and fees for everything and they don’t have the energy or sometimes the facilities to put up a fight. Absolutely disgusting and inhumane.
