  So glad we chose this place for my mom! She is doing much better than living alone, she’s made friends and there are always things to do. She especially loves the entertainment and Donna has done an amazing job organizing events. Every staff member I have met has been wonderful to me but more importantly to my mom, they really do care about her. They are always professional, kind and respectful. The building having gone through a renovation is gorgeous and very clean. My mom is somewhat picky (and basic) with her food choices but has said the food is very good. Again, so happy with our decision, I have peace knowing how well my mom is cared for.

  My mom has been a resident of Waltonwood University for over a year. This is a community of very caring people who have the residents’ health and happiness at heart. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I’m confident that my mom is safe and in good hands here at Waltonwood.

  Great caring staff. All of them are wonderful from the workers and med techs to the activity group to food services and the entire management team. These folks are professional, kind, friendly, and caring. We're lucky to have our Mother here.

  My mother is a resident in Assisted-living at Waltonwood University. Recently, she was chosen to be the recipient of a "Waltonwood Adventure by Waltonwood". This is a company-sponsored, personalized, life enrichment offering which provides a unique and meaningful experience to the resident. Donna D., the wonderful Assisted-living Life Enrichment Manager, talked to my mother and discovered that she is a huge Elvis fan. My mom never was able to see him live when she was a young mother and always wished that she had. Donna discovered that there was an Elvis Tribute Artist coming to the Roxie in Downtown Rochester. She made all the arrangements and my mother, myself and my daughter were treated to a wonderful day of Elvis songs, comedy and a lovely brunch! My mother met with the performer after the show for the "photo op". She was all smiles and told her friends all about it! Thank-you to Donna and Waltonwood University for this wonderful experience. My mother was glowing for weeks!
