  We are very happy with KinderCare! The teachers are caring, patient, and truly dedicated to the children’s growth. The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming. My child enjoys going every day and has learned so much. We really appreciate the staff’s support and communication. Highly recommend!

  Everyone at your facility "walks-the-talk". Specifically, no matter what time of day, what day of the week, whomever greets us at the door, your practices for Security are always executed. Your protocols for protection against Covid-19 are consistently, thoroughly, reassuringly followed, while still being comfortably carried-out for parents and our little ones. The pictures of our little ones as they go about their assignments during the day keep parents informed and....with a side benefit of giving us an unexpected smile!

  We are really happy that we chose Kindercare Rochester center for our daughter . I am stay at home mother , and she has always been with me or her dad. For me it was a big decision to send her away for whole day. But while registration process when I met Leeann(center director) who made us feel comfortable and welcomed I was little relieved 😌 and gradually I came to know her teaching staff Ms Cathy Ms Deja and Ms Christy , they all are awesome, warm and understands the need of every child.My daughter has an extended family at Kindercare now 😊 Being from an Indian community we never felt outsider , they have enough details about our festival and culture 😊 I would recommend this center to all my friends and family 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

  This is THE daycare I prayed and dreamed about!! FOR THE KIDS - They implement a perfect balance of ‘structured’ and unstructured’ play time for the children, which is very important for them to grow, learn, and explore without being guided or influenced by adult directives all the time. There is always plenty of ‘outdoors’ time and even if you find yourself short on time to take your child outdoors, trust me – this daycare has already given them enough play time and sun ! The facility is squeaky clean, Food menu is delicious and varied, the summer time activities and events in general, are way too much fun!! (Magic shows, visits from the Fire Chief, Visits by the Sheriff dept., with a cool exploration of the Police Cars, arts and crafts, animal shows and so much more! FOR THE PARENTS As a parent, I feel I never get ‘punished’ for having a career and a life (which doesn’t always go per plan)!! I can be late, or forget a lunch at home, or have a medicine schedule, or food allergy concerns and every single teacher will offer to help and just get us through the day without any judgement or eyerolls. I was once hesitant to take my child -who had just taken a Benadryl dose- to school, because I knew she was going to be drowsy for an hour or so, guess what? The teacher just calmly pulled out a cot and let her take a nap, first thing in the morning, and reassured me about giving the next dose if needed, and that was it! I was on my way without having to worry about anything. I feel like everyone here actually helps raise my daughter not just have her for a few hours a day. Also, every single teacher and office staff will always (and every day!) take the time to look at you, smile, greet, and ask about your day, and they always launch into genuine conversations with my child – to where she just gets so absorbed that I can just leave without any fuss about goodbyes! You can feel the type of relationships the teachers have with the kids – just by observing how excited your child is to see them in the morning! I can honestly say I as well look forward to my happy and warm interactions with the teachers on a daily basis ! Also, they have no issues with children who are not yet potty – trained! They will work with whichever level you are on and help your child become diaper free in no time!
