She allowed me to laugh, cry and not think straight on the phone. She understood what I was going through. Tiffany was patient with me while I called multiple times to double and triple check things. She was a comforting voice on the line. She was professional. It was nice meeting her in person. It was very sweet of her to also comfort my sister while in their care and letting her know that we all loved her. She gave my sister's hair a special touch of 2 red bows which tore at my heart strings. Thank You so much for you kindness.
