  This doctors office sucks. They always mess up appointments and schedule you on days their closed I can show you in the MyChart they schedule you on Saturdays then ask why you missed the appointment like what is actually wrong with you guys. They don't know what they're doing most of the time last time we went to a well child where my kid was due his shots they had absolutely no idea why we were there apologizing up and down then rescheduled us for a Saturday we will be getting a new doctor

  Dr Roberts is an amazing Dr. The rest of the staff is hot trash. My SON has meds.that are very constricted and hard to get so my wife calls all around to find them then she calls the office to tell them where to send the script. She called around Thursday and found them and called if friday morning th have them send the script. She followed up mid day and the pharmacy hadn't received anything so she called the office back and the were rude and said they had already sent it. She followed up again and the pharmacy hadn't received the script. Now it's late in the day on the day before the holiday and we have real concers about him running out now. Legally we only have a small window to get the refill. She calls back again and the are again rude, said they would check into it. They put her on hold and left her there till the office closed and the phones went on stand by. I called and talk to the on call nurse who wouldn't even look into it. Now out son has been without his meds all weekend so we can save them foe school. So while the office staff is having a great holiday weekend my son is miserable. Now I have to drive up to Paw Paw to try to pick up his script personally when the office opens again. This isn't the first time and from the looks of all the other reviews it won't be the last.

  Front desk workers are extremely rude. I drove 45 minutes each way for over 2 years. I have transferred my son's care else where, due to attitudes and unprofessionalism by majority of staff. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

  Doctors and staff are very rude. I will never take my kid there again.
