    Do not send your kids here if you love them or even if you like them. Trash management and terrible staffing.

    Our children have had a wonderful experience here. The teachers are caring, patient, and truly invested in each child’s growth and happiness. We’ve seen so much positive development in both learning and confidence since attending. The staff is always friendly and communicative, and it gives us peace of mind knowing our kids are in such a safe and supportive environment. Highly recommend!

    My 1 year old daughter attended Okemos KinderCare for about 9 months. We have nothing but great things to say about this child care center. I noticed a positive change when Kristin became the new director. The staff is kind, and hard working. They gave my daughter and fun and nurturing place to go to every day. Thank you Okemos KinderCare!

    I called them this morning inquiring about they're drop-in services, and if they accepted DHS, and inquired if they were accepting new children right now and are able to start immediately. They said yes, I said excellent, I would love to enroll my son immediately, they told me this morning at 10:30 that they would be emailing me the application, and yet they never emailed me the application. They had told me to give them a call back if it never came through. I did, and they kept saying give it another hour. Instead of being out right and honest they were disrespectful, lied and wasted my time. This child care is sexist, along with disrespectful to single parents who are attempting to provide the best care as they are able to. I would not recommend them whatsoever. Being told to call back every hour, what a waste of time. Now looking for new children unless they're from wealthy families and come from two parent homes. They will waste your time if you are not rich in their eyes.

    Our family is so grateful for Okemos Kindercare! The best part is how loving and patient the teachers, teaching assistants, cook, and office staff are. Our reserved little girl loves going to school as a result. They have really helped her to come out of her shell and make friends. As an added bonus, we get lots of updates on how her day is going through the app, including many pictures of activities they are doing. Teachers and the director are quick to respond to any questions as well. We are looking forward to sending our next child through Okemos Kindercare without any hesitation!
