  My parent is staying here and I'm not impressed at all. The building is nice, reception is nice, most of the caregivers are nice enough. There are a LOT of part timers, most are not overly incentivized. Many are not trained with oxygen. That's very disappointing. Most od my visits, it takes at least 10 minutes to get a person to help with the toilet. One of the days I went, there was a cartoon playing on TV in the living area. Elderly folks don't watch cartoons. Try local news, soap operas, game shows, nature shows, not cartoons. Also, turn up the TV, it wasn't even loud enough for me to hear! For $10k+ a month, I expect much better care. If you're looking for a place for your loved one, skip this place.

  I met Heather and Casey through the chamber at a community event at Waltonwood. I was able to meet residents and some of the team, and everyone was so welcoming and happy. Several residents said that this was the best decision they made, will definitely come and visit soon!

  My mom has stayed in the memory care unit at Waltonwood 12 oaks for the last three years. The level of care provided by Prianka and her staff is exceptional. Alecia and her enrichment staff are also just terrific. I can't imagine mom getting better care anywhere else.

  I am so impressed with this living community. My sister is currently in Independent living. The morning ‘check in’ button gives us peace of mind. The staff is so caring and attentive and will reach out with any concerns. They’re very passionate about what they do, always looking to plan things for their residents and make their experience as welcoming and wonderful as possible!
