  They made disgusting comments about my loved ones weight while they were caring for her. Disgusting behavior by people who are suposed to be professional and people we trust with our loved ones care.

  I have had excellent service from Rupp's for over 21yrs. Besides three family members, I have often visited there for friends' funerals. Everything has always been 'top-notch'.

  They did such a great job. My second mom was suddenly taken from us and the trauma she endured was extensive- we werent sure if open casket was even possible. With less than 24 hours their talented artist, infact, was able to give us that closure we needed to say our goodbyes. They displayed her beautifully and put on a wonderful service. We learned she did not have life insurance nor did we have the funds for this unexpected passing- they did all this work with but half up front. Whats more is we do things a smidge different, which they also didn't mind and saw through to the end. My family and i appreciate this place and their team so much. Nothing makes these moments easy but to have such things done, taking a very heavy burden and making it as good as it can possibly be is something of the blessing type.
