HELLO Starting off I would like to say this is a nice looking facility. My mom lives here I come. To visit her everyday and she never has any complaints about living here although,, I did notice they have changed administration, my mom has been in this facility for 3 years so I'm very familiar with all the staff ,grew bonds with most of them I noticed a change in some of the staff since they have gotten new administration it's like they aren't as happy as they were .... so when they are not busy I like to talk to them to see how my Mon has been and how things are going...well it shattered me when a younger lady told me she would be leaving soon.. as I mentioned me and most staff are close... well she started telling me the new administration doesn't care for the staff .. she tells the staff there worthless.. I don't understand how you could tell your staff that and your supposed to be a leader for them.. I don't understand how you could even treat your staff like that when they're are taking care of the residents at this facility... I understand somethings may needed to be corrected including staff and the facility but their is a way you talk to people and handle situations...telling them their worthless? That's ridiculous and I've lost respect for the administrator... in order to have good staff and run this facility good you have to treat your staff good...making them feel worthless could not only affect them it affects how they interact with the residents..hopefully things will get better for the staff... they truly are good people!!! THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL YOU DO FOR MY MOM AND IF NO ONE ELSE APPRECIATE YOU ME AND MY FAMILY DO

Activity director Virginia is the most caring and helpful staff member. Always has the residents laughing and in great spirits. Kudos to Hampton manor Bedford for having such a special and valuable addition for the residents.

Our family is truly grateful for the care and compassion shown to our mother during her time at Hampton Manor. The Activities Team, Caregivers, Med Passers, Supervisors & Support Staff all played an important role in making her feel comfortable, safe & cared for. She often commented on how kind & wonderful everyone was, which brought our family great peace of mind.
We appreciated the kindness, patience & dignity shown to her every day. Thank you to everyone at Hampton Manor who helped make our mother's final months more peaceful & supportive for both her & our family.
