My child had a heavily snotty nose that appeared untreated, as if it had not been tended to throughout the day. & was getting sick due to being at the daycare they do not disinfecting and sanitizing as they should My child’s diaper was soaking wet upon pickup, indicating it had not been changed in a timely manner. It appeared that my child had not been given his scheduled bottles, as he showed signs consistent with not having been fed properly during the day. After having these observations, an ex employee stopped me When she seen me out in the town and informed me of issues occurring with the care provided to my child. These repeated incidents have led me to associate the conditions with potential neglect and inadequate care. Some staff Don’t have the patience nor the qualifications to care for other people children to tell someone’s 2 year child that don’t speak yet that they’re annoying and to get away from them to say out loud that you’re not changing their diaper and you won’t wipe their nose is insane i’ve also witnessed staff being aggressive with two-year-olds and touching them so please if you are sending your kids here please ask them how their day went and if your kids aren’t talking yet, please pay attention. The signs are there. When I told the director about what I was informed she made it seem as if it was a lie like she didn’t believe it and kind of brushed me off. My child will never come back.

To tell my son he can't eat his lunch Bec he has a PBJ and you don't allow that is absolutely ridiculous . If kids have a allergy to peanut products then maybe they shouldn't be touching other kids foods and if you're worried about contaminated surfaces do your job and wipe down the tables before and after each meal like you're supposed to. And then to not allow my son to call me . I'm so glad my oldest doesn't go here anymore and definitely will never recommend or allow my youngest to be brought here . This is just one of many issues with this place .

Our family has been using Kindercare for almost a year now and our experience with the infant room has been amazing. The teachers are so caring and provide individualized attention to each child to the best of their ability. We enjoy the Kindercare app and getting updates and sometimes photos throughout the day.
Some feedback (and I think this towards the education industry as a whole): but I hope the teaching staff are compensated appropriately and provided benefits for the hard work and care they are providing our children every day. Daycare tuition is hefty (everywhere) and I hope that is appropriately distributed to all areas of the center and company, including the hard working staff. We have enjoyed having not too much staff turnover and that our kids are getting consistency in their care.
The management at the center, Taylor and Chris are amazing and always greet us with a warm hello or goodbye. Any concerns we have had are appropriately and timely addressed. All of the teachers in the infant room are wonderful, and we've especially loved working with Ms. Rose, Ms. Jayla and Ms. Katie.
We even had conferences for our infants! It was great to see the development plan that is being kept for our children.
We are a two working parent household and so much of our time is spent away from our babies and I am so grateful that ours are in the care of this center. We look forward to continuing to work with them as our kids continue to grow!

I absolutely LOVE West Main KinderCare! My son is new to this center, and with all of the recent changes happening within the past few months, I was very nervous for how well he would adjust to a new preschool. I can honestly say, I am beyond impressed by West Main KinderCare. My son is so excited to go to preschool each morning, and has already learned so much! As we are in the middle of a pandemic, the unknown is scary. The health and safety guidelines that KinderCare requires is very reassuring. The app provided is also extremely reassuring, because it provides pictures of my son doing activities, playing, etc. The app also provides detailed information on things like what he eats, how long he naps, daily activities, and even each time he uses the potty! Speaking of the potty, West Main KinderCare is also the reason why my son has finally been using the "big boy" potty at home! I am one thankful Momma!
