- SPStephanie PenceMay 28, 20215.0We really miss this daycare! Unfortunately, we had to switch our son to a different preschool because we moved, but loved our time here. Our son came home everyday happy and loved his time with Ms. Kayli. We loved that they have a gym so the kids aren't cooped up in a classroom all day... this was a huge bonus for us when deciding whether to send our child here. The app updates were a huge plus as well... something I really miss. Thanks for a great experience during our time here!

- CBCharlene BoultonOct 29, 20182.0My son loved Rainbow Child Care in Fenton on Silverlake Pwky. It was wonderful. We moved and ended up changing centers. We have had problems from day one. The first day they didn’t even know he was coming! They have no paperwork which was supposed to be sent from corporate and they had no logins for me. It took them near close to a month for a login. The old director was nice and kind. Seems since they switched directors everyone has become rude. My son used to love going to daycare and now he cries and clings to me every morning. We will definitely be seeking alternative daycare options.
- AMAmy McConnellSep 29, 20182.0I really hope this place improves. The old director was fantastic and really why we enrolled. She left, which seems to have led to a mass exodus of staff and mass chaos. The remaining staff is good and definitely does the best they can, but it’s clear that corporate doesn’t care about their employees, which ultimately impacts care. We have observed our infant daughter’s room over the state ratios on a number of occasions, one time so egregious that I called the regional director, who gave nothing but excuses and did not even offer to follow up. As a national company, you should do better. Needless to say, we have pulled our daughter and found alternate care.
- TTTrish ThompsonSep 20, 20165.0I have been taking my daughter here for about 2.5-3 years and everyone is very nice does a great job. Allison and Jessica are wonderful at communicating and working with you and your schedule. Couldn't ask for a better group.
