  What an exceptional experience at a difficult time. Even though I didn't have to sign up with them before my mother passed, meeting with Crystal gave me a lot of relief knowing that they will take care of all the details. My mother passed away at home, and unfortunately while I was out of town, but one phone call and they were there within 90 minutes to pick her up for cremation. It all went smoothly and efficiently. Thanks Ben and to your team. Very much appreciated.

  I had an excellent experience using Cremation Source during a very difficult time. From the first online inquiry, Ben was compassionate, patient, and incredibly respectful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and never made us feel rushed or overwhelmed. Everything was handled with professionalism and care, and Ben’s communication was consistent and thoughtful throughout. He truly went above and beyond to make sure both my family and I felt supported and informed. I’m so grateful for the dignity and kindness they showed to my step father and to the rest of my family. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need and will absolutely be using their services again in the future when the day comes.

  Ben and Crystal had compassion, during a difficult time with the passing of my brother richard.they were kind, patient, and understanding, during our grief.i will continue to refer them to everyone.they made the whole process smooth. They were professional, thank you for your kindness.they handled everything with respect, and grace.thank you crystal, for picking out portrait,for the primary picture of richard.and Ben for rearranging, all the photos.   We switched my father from another funeral home to creamtion source after the way they were handling everything. Ben was untop of everything from the second we met him. I called several times and he spent a long time on the phone with me just trying to give advice and be a human. They really helped us through everything and even thoe they are a business, they put kindness, compass, and human decency before money and making the most they can put of you.
