  Following the passing of my children's father in early July, we were uncertain of how to proceed. Cremation Source not only provided guidance but also walked us through every step of the process. Their team was highly professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel at ease during a difficult time. We are incredibly grateful for their support and would definitely recommend their services.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Cremation Source during one of the most difficult times of my life. After the sudden and unexpected loss of my baby brother, David, I contacted Cremation Source on Monday to make arrangements for his cremation. The following day, the medical examiner called to tell me that Cremation Source was refusing to pick up his remains. When I called to ask why, I was told I had to come in for an appointment before they would do so. I explained that both of our parents had been cared for through Cremation Source when they passed, and this had never been the process before. I also explained that my other brother and I wanted to make the arrangements together, but we couldn't meet until Wednesday. Despite already having a signed release on file, they still refused to pick up David. The medical examiner called me again to say that David was still at the morgue because Cremation Source had not come for him. My brother also called and spoke with a woman who simply said that was their policy. Even the medical examiner expressed disappointment with how the situation was being handled. Knowing that my brother was still sitting at the morgue because of this was heartbreaking and added unnecessary stress to an already devastating loss. Thankfully, the medical examiner recommended another local family-owned funeral home. They immediately treated us with compassion, picked up David without delay, handled his cremation with dignity, and did not require prepayment. They trusted our family during an incredibly painful time and showed us the kindness and respect we needed. I cannot recommend Cremation Source based on my experience. Families dealing with the sudden loss of a loved one deserve compassion, communication, and dignity—not added stress and delays during one of the hardest moments of their lives.

  What an exceptional experience at a difficult time. Even though I didn't have to sign up with them before my mother passed, meeting with Crystal gave me a lot of relief knowing that they will take care of all the details. My mother passed away at home, and unfortunately while I was out of town, but one phone call and they were there within 90 minutes to pick her up for cremation. It all went smoothly and efficiently. Thanks Ben and to your team. Very much appreciated.
