Families and Children Together- FACT

Families And Children Together (FACT) is a non-profit organization who believes that families know best for what they need to thrive. It is FACT’s Vision to create a balanced and blended approach to supporting families where families share ownership in the approach and feel safe, knowledgeable and empowered to reach out to resources, and where the network partners work in full collaboration and exchange with each other. ​​ Families and Children Together provides a more comprehensive way to integrate and wrap services around children and their families. Its outcomes, combining medical and behavioral health services, will address unmet needs and yield a system that emphasizes applying specific prevention resources and intervention.
