Its clear that this location removes any negative reviews, which is unfortunate, so not sure how long this will stay up.
Our experience at this location was very poor. The first week my son was there, he was running in the classroom (why were the teachers not watching?), and he fell, hit his tooth on a table and it came completely out. We spent hours at the hospital that night. At this point, I just was thinking accidents happen.
After this incident, staffing issues began in his classroom and there was 2 teachers for 30 kids (which is against the law btw) which honestly just allowed the neglect to continue. We were sent home with at least one incident report each week, that someone was holding my child down and biting them??? since the bite marks were on his back. Most weeks however there were multiple incident reports.
My son is potty trained and he was still being put in pull ups for a nap, so I asked them to take away the pull up at nap so he can be completely potty trained. I had to remind them several times of this, and one day I picked him up and he was in a DIAPER at 530 PM, and had NOT been changed after nap time around 2!!! Do you know what that tells me!? That no one asked him to go potty or took him to the potty, and if they did, they didnt care to even take his diaper off. When I brought this up to the director I was told, she was new. Why was there not an experienced staff member in there with the new people? This happened until I unfortunately had to make a big deal about it.
I would pick my son up with dried boogers all down his face, completely dirty head to toe, so clearly no handwashing was happening.
When I met with the director, she came off as concerned, even labeled the above as disgusting, and unacceptable. The conversation went well since she assured he wohld be switched to another classroom that was more stable, with long term teachers in there. We were very happy ablut this solution and funally thought we could trust where our kid was at during the day. However it lasted 1 week before we receiver new he would be switching back to his old classroom as the stable classroom was turning into a GSRP classroom. So again we were stuck back at square one. Super frustrated as we were, we met with the director or thought so. but we walked into the meeeting and it was the new assistant director who told us we can switch him to another center.
They stopped giving a shit about our child. they CLEARLY only chase a paycheck. for what you pay the care of children here is CRIMINAL… Between that and communication, lack of using the app for updates & no accuracy in the updates. its not worth it… you pay so much, you expect your kids to be treated like how you treat them.. sadly its not the case here.
DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!!!!!!

We have had such a wonderful experience with this daycare. Two of our children have attended here, and we will be enrolling our third as well. The staff genuinely care about the children and invest so much time and effort into helping them learn, grow, and succeed.
The structure they provide for learning is excellent. Our children have developed socially, emotionally, and academically through the activities and routines the teachers create each day. It's clear that the staff are dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for every child.
As parents, there is no greater compliment than trusting a daycare with multiple children over the years, and we feel completely confident doing that here. We are grateful for everything they have done for our family and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality childcare.

My daughter has been going to kindercare at this location since she was 8 months old. She is now 4 years old and we have had great experience, the teachers are very caring and understanding. She always wants to go back in the morning and loves her teachers and friends. I strongly recommend this location for kids as we had amazing experience.

We have been here almost a month now and have had a wonderful experience thus far. After coming from a not-so-ideal daycare situation, we have been very impressed by the professionalism, care, and curriculum for our son. Since being here for only three weeks, our son has flourished in new skills like never before, is napping better, and is HAPPY when he comes home from daycare. At his last daycare he was so overstimulated we were lucky if we even saw his eyes in the evenings after work. The separation of the infant classrooms based on age/development allows babies to be with their age-appropriate peers and allows for a calmer environment, especially for the very little babies. The teachers are knowledgeable, caring, and organized. I am so happy we chose this establishment for our son. It truly was the best decision we could have made for him.

The team that they have are amazing!
I had a not so great experience at another daycare which is why I reached out to Kinder Care. Jaci and Tara do an amazing job. My daughter loves all the team who are there and squeals when I tell her we are going to school.
I am incredibly grateful for all that they do!
