Retirement Community
The Baptist Manor offers housing to persons who are 62 years and older. Founded in 1954, The Baptist Manor is a non-profit, faith-based organization that has provided affordable, quality housing and personal care to senior citizens for the past 65+ years. Our residents come from many cultures, ethnic backgrounds and income levels. We provide a much needed housing option for the significantly under-served/underprivileged, low-income segment of the senior population residing in the Metro Detroit Area. Our unique community has grown to become a 35-acre campus with multiple programs and seven communities, six located on W 13 Mile and one on Drake Road, all in Farmington Hills, MI. We have both Market rates and Subsidized options.
